Payment

These Payment Terms and Conditions become effective once your booking has been confirmed and the required deposit or full payment has been received by Serenity Cao Bang.

Please read this policy carefully before making a reservation. If you have any questions regarding payment, deposits, booking confirmation, or refunds, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Throughout this policy, the terms “Serenity Cao Bang,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the travel service provider. The terms “customer,” “traveler,” “client,” and “you” refer to the person making the booking and all participants included in that booking.

1. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website or provided by our travel consultants are based on the services included in the confirmed itinerary, which may include:

  • Tours and activities.

  • Transportation.

  • Accommodation.

  • Vehicle rental.

  • Tour guides.

  • Meals.

  • Entrance tickets.

  • Other travel-related services.

Prices may vary depending on:

  • Travel dates and seasons.

  • Service availability.

  • Group size.

  • Vehicle or accommodation category.

  • Supplier rates.

  • Special promotions.

  • Customized travel arrangements.

  • Government taxes, entrance fees, or other applicable charges.

The final price stated in your quotation, invoice, payment request, or booking confirmation will apply to your reservation.

Promotional rates may be subject to separate payment, amendment, and cancellation conditions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

For your convenience, Serenity Cao Bang may accept the following payment methods:

2.1 Cash Payment

Cash payments may be made directly at an authorized Serenity Cao Bang office before the scheduled departure date.

Customers should request an official receipt or payment confirmation after completing a cash payment.

2.2 Credit or Debit Card

We may accept major international credit and debit cards, including:

  • Visa.

  • Mastercard.

Card payments may be subject to processing fees charged by the bank, card issuer, or payment gateway.

Unless otherwise stated, these transaction fees are the responsibility of the customer.

2.3 Bank Transfer

Payments may be made by bank transfer to the official bank account provided by Serenity Cao Bang.

Customers should include the following information in the transfer description whenever possible:

  • Customer name.

  • Booking reference.

  • Travel date.

  • Telephone number.

A bank transfer is considered complete only after the funds have been received and verified in our account.

Any transfer fees, intermediary bank fees, or currency conversion charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2.4 Online Payment

We may also support secure online payment through approved payment gateways, including:

  • PayPal.

  • OnePay.

  • Other payment systems made available at the time of booking.

The availability of each payment method may depend on the booking type, customer location, payment currency, and technical availability of the payment provider.

3. Reservations

Reservations may be made through:

  • Our official website.

  • Email.

  • Telephone.

  • Authorized messaging channels.

  • An authorized Serenity Cao Bang representative.

A booking request does not guarantee service availability.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after:

  • We have received the booking request and all required customer information.

  • The requested services have been confirmed as available.

  • The required deposit or full payment has been received.

  • Serenity Cao Bang has issued a written booking confirmation or travel voucher.

For services with limited availability, promotional rates, strict supplier conditions, or departure dates during peak periods, full payment may be required at the time of booking.

4. Deposit

The required deposit amount will depend on:

  • The type of tour or service.

  • The travel date.

  • The group size.

  • Supplier payment conditions.

  • The value of the booking.

  • The time remaining before departure.

The deposit amount and payment deadline will be stated in the quotation, payment request, invoice, or booking confirmation.

A booking may be automatically released or cancelled if the deposit is not received by the stated deadline.

Unless otherwise stated, deposits may be non-refundable once payments have been committed to hotels, transportation providers, guides, ticket suppliers, or other third-party service providers.

5. Balance Payment

For bookings requiring a deposit, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 working days before the scheduled departure date, unless a different deadline is stated in writing.

Failure to complete the payment by the due date may result in:

  • Suspension of the booking.

  • Cancellation of the reservation.

  • Loss of the deposit.

  • Application of cancellation charges.

  • Release of reserved services to other customers.

For bookings made within 10 days of departure, full payment may be required immediately.

All services remain subject to availability until payment has been successfully received and the booking has been confirmed in writing.

6. Payment Verification

Customers may be required to provide proof of payment, including:

  • A bank transfer receipt.

  • Payment gateway confirmation.

  • Transaction reference.

  • Screenshot of the completed payment.

  • Other reasonable evidence requested by Serenity Cao Bang.

Providing proof of payment does not by itself confirm that the funds have been successfully received.

Serenity Cao Bang reserves the right to verify all transactions before issuing a final booking confirmation or travel voucher.

7. Booking Confirmation

Once the required payment has been received and verified, Serenity Cao Bang will send a written booking confirmation by email or another agreed communication channel.

The confirmation may include:

  • Booking reference number.

  • Customer and participant information.

  • Travel dates.

  • Tour or service details.

  • Pickup time and location.

  • Included and excluded services.

  • Payment status.

  • Important travel instructions.

  • Applicable amendment and cancellation conditions.

Customers must review the confirmation carefully.

Any incorrect information, including names, travel dates, contact details, pickup locations, and service arrangements, must be reported to us as soon as possible.

Additional charges may apply if corrections or changes are requested after the booking has been confirmed.

8. Travel Voucher

An official electronic travel voucher or booking confirmation will be issued for each confirmed reservation.

The voucher serves as proof of booking and may be required:

  • During check-in.

  • At the meeting or pickup point.

  • Before boarding transportation.

  • Before the commencement of the tour or travel service.

  • When requested by a guide, driver, hotel, or service provider.

Customers may present the voucher:

  • On a mobile phone or other electronic device.

  • As a printed document.

  • Through the original confirmation email.

Customers are encouraged to keep a copy of the voucher and confirmation email throughout the journey.

9. Payment Currency and Exchange Rates

Payments may be accepted in Vietnamese dong, United States dollars, or another currency stated in the quotation or payment request.

Where currency conversion is required:

  • The applicable exchange rate may be determined by Serenity Cao Bang, the customer’s bank, the card issuer, or the payment gateway.

  • The final amount charged may differ slightly due to exchange-rate fluctuations.

  • Currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

The amount received by Serenity Cao Bang must equal the full amount stated in the payment request after all banking and transaction fees have been deducted.

10. Failed or Incomplete Payments

A booking will not be confirmed if a payment is:

  • Declined.

  • Reversed.

  • Cancelled.

  • Incomplete.

  • Sent to an incorrect account.

  • Reduced by bank or transaction fees.

  • Subject to a payment dispute or chargeback.

If a payment issue occurs, the customer must contact Serenity Cao Bang promptly and complete the outstanding payment before the booking deadline.

Serenity Cao Bang is not responsible for losses caused by delays or errors made by banks, payment gateways, card issuers, or other financial service providers.

11. Fraud Prevention and Payment Security

For security purposes, Serenity Cao Bang may request additional verification before accepting or confirming a payment.

This may include:

  • Identity verification.

  • Confirmation of the cardholder’s name.

  • Proof of authorization.

  • Confirmation of billing information.

  • Additional transaction documentation.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or cancel a booking when there are reasonable concerns regarding unauthorized payment, suspected fraud, or misuse of payment information.
